Hi, my name is Mark Covello I am the lead Yoga teacher at Do Yoga For Life, LLC. My story began when I told my friends and family that I was going to be a yoga teacher full time and teach it to the community, because I saw the massive benefits it has added to my life. Some agreed and some were discouraging, nonetheless, 10 years later I am still going strong.
I practice the same methods that I teach my students. I meditate twice a day. I am flexible and healthier than I have ever been. All thanks to yoga. I am fortunate enough to be able to teach the art of yoga to children and families alike. I can also do private lessons in our studio or in your home. Mark Covello has been practicing yoga since 2003 and has experienced over 50 teachers before completing his first Yoga teacher training in 2010. He has excellent understanding of the correct alignment for 36 beginner poses and is capable of designing various practices to open different parts of the body.

Mark J. Covello is the author of ‘How Sitting Can Be The Next Smoking and How Yoga Can Help You Overcome a Sedentary Lifestyle.’ He also post about healthy eating in his cooking eBooks and he wrote ‘A Beginners Guide to Yoga Handbook.” These eBooks cost $15 each, but you get them free for joining our club today in the members area.
