About Me

My Way Of Health & Life

Hi, my name is Mark Covello I am the lead Yoga teacher at Do Yoga For Life, LLC.  My story began when I told my friends and family that I was going to be a yoga teacher full time and teach it to the community, because I saw the massive benefits it has added to my life.  Some agreed and some were discouraging, nonetheless, 10 years later I am still going strong.

I practice the same methods that I teach my students.  I meditate twice a day.  I am flexible and healthier than I have ever been.  All thanks to yoga.  I am fortunate enough to be able to teach the art of yoga to children and families alike.  I can also do private lessons in our studio or in your home.  Call or sign up today and lets make learning all about yoga a fun & life long practice.  After all our motto is Do Yoga For Life!

What My Clients Say About Me

“Mark Covello has done an awesome job teaching children yoga for very young audience under age 3 and their parents at the Norwalk Public Library. Mark is patient, kind and playful with the kids. The children themselves pick up on his calm energy and listen and participate through the entire 40 minute program on breathing exercises, songs and stories, that incorporate various yoga poses. The children show respect for him and follow his directions well. I highly recommend Mark as a children’s yoga teacher. He is also an absolute pleasure to work with!”

Yoga with Mark is where we learned to flex our bodies, improve our concentration and mindfulness and practice our “Om” chants with meditative music! We improved our hand to eye coordination and our breathing techniques to help align our mind and body!

Marks’ teachings have helped my chronic back pain. He gave me one simple pose yet told me that I must do it everyday. I took this to heart and it worked! The key is to do it everyday. I have hopes that my back pain will disappear one day with daily practice.                        Even, co-worker

“I cant wait to go home and practice some of the new meditations and mantras that I learned today from Yoga Mark. My 6 year old is now also into Yoga after seeing me go a few times.”
